Information you provide
Registration asks for your email, screen name, password, date of birth and adult declaration. Passwords are stored as salted one-way hashes. A support request records a reply email, topic and the message you submit.
We do not collect payments. Please do not send passwords, financial details, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information through the support form.
Your saved activity
Account records include active sessions, games played, round outcomes, credit changes, favourites, selected Flight Deck stops, Flight Log choices, cabin crest and presentation settings. These records provide your account tools and allow interrupted rounds to be recovered.
Guest visits use temporary access and balances. Technical request information, such as connection address and timing, can support abuse limits and troubleshooting. Your private play activity is not published as a social feed.
Why the records are needed
Account and round information provides the service you request. Adult declarations support the age boundary. Technical records protect accounts and service integrity. Support information allows an enquiry to be handled and connected to its reference.
Google Analytics measures website use automatically. Advertising features and Google signals remain disabled. We do not sell your information. Your selected games and crest are preferences rather than recommendations based on your outcomes.
Storage and service providers
Guest sessions expire after two hours and registered sessions after twelve hours. Account and recorded-play information remains while your account is maintained, subject to necessary security, dispute and deletion handling. Recovery links expire after thirty minutes.
Our hosting service stores account records. Brevo delivers password recovery and contact-form messages, and ImprovMX forwards messages sent to our public contact address. Cloudflare provides DNS, HTTPS protection and request security. These providers may process technical and message data outside the United Kingdom. It is not supplied to advertising services by this product. Protecting data includes restricted server access, hashed passwords and controls on authenticated requests.
Your requests and choices
Use Support or hello@chambara.com to request access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy rights. We may need proportionate verification to protect the account before responding. State what you need without sending a password.
Cookie Preferences explains essential browser storage and active analytics. Deleting browser storage signs you out but does not itself delete account records. You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Its information-rights guidance is available at https://ico.org.uk/for-the-public/.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics starts automatically when you visit the website. It measures page visits, successful account creation and sign-in, guest starts and game openings. Events contain page paths, fixed page titles, the sign-in method or a game identifier. Google also receives technical connection, browser and device information and a pseudonymous browser identifier. We do not send account emails, screen names, passwords, dates of birth, credit balances, round results or recovery tokens. URL query strings and fragments are removed from page locations and referrers.
Google LLC and its affiliates provide the analytics service and may process technical data outside the United Kingdom under applicable service terms and transfer safeguards. Advertising features and Google signals remain disabled. Cookie Preferences describes the active storage, and your browser can display or remove website cookies.
