Your session cookie
ch_session is an essential first-party cookie containing an opaque session identifier. It contains neither your password nor your balance. It is HttpOnly, uses SameSite=Lax and is Secure when delivered over HTTPS.
Its maximum lifetime is two hours for guests and twelve hours for registered sessions. Logging out or ending a guest visit removes access. Blocking this cookie prevents authenticated play.
Your storage notice
Analytics is active automatically. Cookie Preferences lists active storage. An earlier ch_preferences acknowledgement or analytics choice does not control whether analytics starts. Your browser can display and remove website cookies.
Recovering the same round
A ch:round session-storage record remembers an interrupted round identifier for the current account and game. Its choice suffix may remember an unfinished bonus selection. The server remains the authority for results and balances.
Reminder dismissals are stored for the current tab. The ch:effects preference remembers reduced effects in this browser until it is removed. Authenticated sound and speed preferences can also be saved with your account.
Analytics cookies
_ga is a first-party Google Analytics cookie that distinguishes browser visits. _ga_<stream> stores session information for this web stream. Both are set automatically and have a configured lifetime of up to ninety days from use. They do not contain your account password or credit balance.
Advertising features and Google signals are disabled. Your browser can display and remove website cookies.
Clearing website data
Use your browser’s website data settings to inspect and remove storage. Removing a session cookie signs you out without deleting the account’s recorded balance. A temporary guest balance may become inaccessible if its session identifier is removed.
Cookie Preferences is linked from the Cloud Dock on every page. If a storage control behaves unexpectedly, describe your browser and the action to Support.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics starts automatically when you visit the website. It measures page visits, successful account creation and sign-in, guest starts and game openings. Events contain page paths, fixed page titles, the sign-in method or a game identifier. Google also receives technical connection, browser and device information and a pseudonymous browser identifier. We do not send account emails, screen names, passwords, dates of birth, credit balances, round results or recovery tokens. URL query strings and fragments are removed from page locations and referrers.
Google LLC and its affiliates provide the analytics service and may process technical data outside the United Kingdom under applicable service terms and transfer safeguards. Advertising features and Google signals remain disabled. Cookie Preferences describes the active storage, and your browser can display or remove website cookies.
